Osaki Farm Pasture-Raised Ishigaki Osaki Beef in a Natural Environment
Located on Ishigaki Island, Osaki Farm raises Ishigaki Osaki Beef in a vast natural, pasture-based environment. With a commitment to delivering safe, high-quality food, the farm manages every stage of production—from cattle breeding and raising to meat processing and sales.
Unlike many livestock operations that separate breeding and fattening, Osaki Farm oversees the entire process in-house. Grazing on mineral-rich pasture nourished by the sea breeze, the cattle are raised in a healthy environment that reflects the natural beauty of Ishigaki Island.
The farm also produces traditional ham and sausages using premium Okinawan pork. Crafted with time-honored methods, selected products are made without nitrites, and all products are free from fillers and the seven specified major allergens in Japan, offering safe, naturally delicious food for every table.
